Unfortunately our providers do not accept Medicaid plans at this time

We work with all insurances not mentioned above on an out-of- network basis. Please contact your carrier to verify your insurance coverage as they will be able to provide you with the most up to date information.

Finances should never have to get in the way of providing our patients with access to high quality chiropractic care. Our office offers very competitive self-pay rates for those patients with no insurance, high-deductible insurance plans, and/or services not covered by your insurance carrier.

10/10 highly recommend Alex. Very professional and approachable. Listens to what your concerns are and works with you to find you relief. Brand new office that is super clean and comfortable. Easy to schedule appointments with and change appointment dates. Since I’ve started going here I have had little to no issues with flare ups and even when I have those, he’s easily able to get me in for relief !

I came to Dr. Crawford with excruciating back and sciatic pain caused by two herniated discs, I had lost most feeling below my left knee, and I was going to need a partial laminectomy and discotemy if I did not improve. Over the course of four months he provided acupuncture and chiro care weekly and then moving to biweekly. He is an incredibly intuitive and compassionate healer. I am now almost completely pain free (which was better than I was realistically hoping for) and I have most of the feeling back in my leg/foot. I’m happier and healthier for sure! Dr. John Crawford was recommended to me by a work colleague for chiropractic and acupuncture, and what a relief to find such a gifted doctor!
