We work with all insurances not mentioned above on an out-of-network basis. This means we submit documentation to your insurance company on your behalf for potential reimbursement, and you can take advantage of your insurance carrier’s discounted rates for our services. Please contact your carrier to verify your out-of-network benefits, as they can provide you with the most up-to-date information about your coverage.
DMPO Participation
We are proud to be part of a Discount Medical Plan Organization (DMPO). A DMPO allows us to provide discounted rates for our services to eligible patients. Please contact our practice for more information about DMPO benefits and eligibility.
Medicaid
We do not accept Medicaid at this time, including Horizon NJ Health and United Community Plan.
